Overall Vision Originality Technique
ImpactThis Fluttershy is very cute. I love how her Mane go's over her face and that you can still see her nose. Her wings are beautifully drawn and her eyes are adorable. One other reason I love this is that it looks like you've drawn a background and placed a sticker of her on top (I say this because I like ho she has white lines around her) I don't think there's anything wrong with this piece so I can't really say that there's anything that needs to be improved apon. Keep making this beautiful art and you'll get far.
